Uploaded photographs should show only the relevant tree, garden, hedge, stump or fencing where possible. Avoid including people, documents or neighbouring property unnecessarily.

Enquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any agreed work, and legal or record-keeping obligations.
