Who we are
AS Tree & Landscapes is a tree surgery and landscaping business based in Cambridgeshire, covering surrounding areas. You can contact us on 07361307443 or at astreeandlandscapes@gmail.com about anything on this page.
Information you provide
When you make an enquiry you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property postcode, a description of the work you need, your preferred contact method and photographs of the area concerned. Please do not send unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
How we use it
Your information is used only to understand your enquiry, contact you about it, prepare an estimate and arrange any agreed work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Photographs
Photographs you upload are stored securely and are visible only to us. Please show only the relevant tree, hedge, stump, fence or garden area where possible, and avoid including people, documents or neighbouring property unnecessarily.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and photographs are stored in a secure, access-controlled system used to manage enquiries, so that we can reply to you and keep track of the work discussed. Access is limited to us.
Automated summaries
To help us respond quickly, an automated assistant may produce a short plain-English summary of the work you describe or the photographs you send. These summaries are a starting point for a conversation only. They never set a price, and every job is confirmed by a free on-site estimate.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We use trusted service providers to host the website, store enquiries and send enquiry notifications to our own inbox, and they act only on our instructions. We may share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any agreed work, and legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion where applicable. Email astreeandlandscapes@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential storage may be used to keep the site working correctly.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
